The parties to this lawsuit were married December 22, 1968. The union produced two daughters. On August 9, 1973, the plaintiff, Rhett A. Downing, sued for divorce, alleging incompatibility. His wife, Nita Marie Downing, the defendant, cross filed, asserting the same ground. A divorce was granted to Rhett, and Nita Marie has appealed. She contends the trial court abused its discretion in making a disproportionate division of the property.
